I developed a full-stack and from-scratch web-based quotation system for a pool service company to meet their unique business needs and processes. Features of the system included:
• A dashboard to see the status of active or draft quotes.
• An easy click-to-edit method of drafting quotes for customers
• A profitability calculator to see at-a-glance how well a given quote is prepared.
• The ability to track quotes through various states over the course of the job lifecycle.
• Integration with the company's Inventory Software to easily add products to a quote.
• The ability to make and use templates to get quotations to customers faster.
• Integration with the company's QuickBooks accounting server to pull customer data and push invoices from completed quotes
